Soroptimist from Pakistan Awarded “Woman Super Achiever Award”

Dr. Mussaret Anwar Sheikh, Chairperson Education, Associate
Professor, Fatima Jinnah Women University and Federation Executive Councilor
(FEC) Pakistan for Soroptimist International of Great Britain and Northern
Ireland (SIGBI) has won an award  in the Asia Best Business School Awards held at Suntec, Singapore.

She
is the first woman of Pakistan to be awarded this remarkable honour.  Multiple categories were represented during this award
ceremony. Categories included: Asia’s Best Business School (Overall), Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Higher Education
in Asia,
Faculty Excellence Award and Award for Outstanding Contribution to Education.  Dr Mussaret Anwar Sheikh received the “Woman
Super Achiever Award”.  

Her achievement is an honor for the Fatima Jinnah Women University and Soroptimist International, a world wide membership organisation
for business and professional women, to which she belongs. It is hoped that
this award will inspire young women in Pakistan
to pursue higher and further education.

The CMO Asia Advisory Board and the Advisory Council of World Brand Congress
were the organisers of this award ceremony. Their aim was to identify Asia’s Best Business Schools
with the vision to make a difference to the education
fraternity.  Specialists from 25 Asian countries were selected
for Asia’s Best Business School Awards 2011.
