The sixtieth session of the Commission for Social Development (CSocD60) starts today, 7 February 2022.

Did you know that SI UN Representative, Maria Fornella, is Co-Chair of the CSoCD NGO Committee? This Committee is dedicated to raising awareness on the Priority Theme and bringing forward the voices and experience of the grassroots.

Running until 16 February, CSocD60 will examine the impact of COVID-19 recovery efforts on key aspects of social development. View the SI statement to learn more about our recommendations on this year’s theme.
