This July, Soroptimist International will be represented in Geneva across major global spaces shaping the future of artificial intelligence, digital cooperation and technology governance.
From 6–10 July 2026, SI representatives will contribute to discussions across the Global Dialogue on AI Governance, WSIS Forum 2026 and the AI for Good Global Summit. Across these spaces, SI will advocate for gender-equitable AI and inclusive digital futures for women and girls worldwide.
AI is already shaping education, employment, health, economic opportunity, digital safety and human rights. These are not only technical issues. They are gender equality issues.
All women and girls must be empowered to lead, innovate and make decisions that shape safe, ethical and inclusive digital futures for all, leaving no one behind.

This session will examine why digital inclusion must be matched by safety, accountability and meaningful participation. It will consider how automated systems can amplify harm, particularly for women, girls, gender-diverse people and people facing intersecting forms of inequality, and will explore how safety can be embedded into system design rather than treated as an afterthought.
