This CSW70 parallel event explored how artificial intelligence can help uncover systems that perpetuate inequities affecting women and girls. The presenters demonstrated how AI can analyse information from many sources and translate complex data into visual insights. These visual tools help reveal patterns of inequality that are often hidden within social, economic, and political systems.

Dr. Scott Ebbrecht discussed the responsible integration of artificial intelligence in leadership and education, highlighting the importance of ethical use and thoughtful implementation. Sandra Aboagye Brenyah brought a global human rights perspective to the discussion, emphasising the value of cross cultural collaboration in advancing gender equality. Additional contributions from Dr. Donna Elder, Dr. Teri Marcos, Dr. Dina Pacis, Dr. Jennifer Preimesberger, Dr. Nilsa Thorsos, and Dr. Patricia Nilsen-Traynor focused on leadership development, research, and education as pathways to expand opportunities for women.
