Global Compact
The Global Compact is a network-based initiative. At its core are the Global Compact Office, the Advisory Council and six UN agencies.
In February 2003, Soroptimist International officially confirmed to the United Nations its support for the ten principles of the Global Compact.
These ten principles are in the area of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. The Global Compact, supported by its partners, encourages companies to embrace these core values.
